LaSean R. Shelton got her entrepreneurial spirit from her family bloodline. After completing August Martin High School in Queens, LaSean entered Delaware State University. While in college, LaSean pursued a career in Journalism Mass Communications, and then switched to Hotel Restaurant Management and Business Administration, and was soon bitten by the entrepreneurial bug after graduating from Delaware State and giving birth to her first son Anthony-Marc. In 1995, LaSean began piloting different business ideas, and with that type of exposure, and ambition LaSean attempted the entertainment business-and successfully went onto acting/modeling working on such shows as Law and Order, NY Under Cover, Extra Roles in several Box Office Movies, An Off Off Broadway Play written by Ms. Tanganyika Fredericks (“Caught Up”), a lead role in “UBig” a local Long Island Access channel comedy show and she landed a main spot with Los Banditos Chocolates Improv team during their premier run-featured at Roses Turn.

In Mid 1998 LaSean and her acting career took a turn towards entrepreneurship. After going back into the work force, it wasn't long before LaSean started a new company called Bealr Hut in 2003. Bealr Hut was later changed to Eghcr8te Enterprises, LLC. in 2009 after collaborating ideas with Mr. Marc Grant and receiving premium coaching services with Mack Burnett III, LaSean started consulting and became an Events Planning Expert. LaSean has also landed numerous speaking engagements empowering individuals to take charge of their lives, and live to their highest potential. LaSean hosts her own BlogTalk Radio show and has interviewed many prominent Entrepreneurs, Music Industry Management teams, Authors, Life Coaches and upcoming business icons including Mr. David Lamb producer of Platanos and Collard Greens and From Auction Block to Hip Hop, Queens of Media host and Starlet of "Living with Grace" Ms. Skylar St Cox,(premiering Fall 2009), Mr Mack Burnett III author of Stop Working in 30 days, Ms Tania Martin CEO of We'll Shop for You, Kim E Underwood CEO of Success Solutions Inc, Ohene Cornelius, Dr. Eunice S Thomas, and many more.

LaSean is the proud mother of 14 year old Anthony-Marc, 7 year old JiHaad-Harmeen, and 3 year old Aliya-Bernice. LaSean is also an active and dedicated member of the Illustrious Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated. LaSean currently lives in Queens NY with her family.
